DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
We are a special event florist. There is a minimum order of $34.95 for internet orders/delivery. All Internet orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt - please allow time for delivery date. Deliveries are scheduled for holidays and weekends only. Business deliveries are only pre-arranged during major holidays. We do not schedule any deliveries during week, or to downtown Houston. For special request of delivery time, additional charges may apply.
DELIVERY FEES & SALES TAX:
Our delivery fee is based on deliveries within Katy and the surrounding 10 mile radius. Delivery Zones determine delivery prices outside this radius and are subject to additional charges. Charges to your credit card will be adjusted if delivery is available at a lessor rate.
Minimum delivery fee is $12.95 for prom and holiday orders within our delivery area. Wedding services start at $25.00 and up - rates are based on delivery area.
All orders are subject to 8.25% Texas state sales tax.
We understand the importance of your order and realize that sometimes sending flowers is a last minute emergency. We will try to accommodate your delivery by scheduling evenings (after 6:00 p.m.), weekend and holiday deliveries at no additional charge!
SUBSTITUTIONS:
We strive to create each arrangement ordered from our web site exactly as shown. However, substitutions may be necessary. We cannot guarantee that all of the flowers displayed are available throughout the United States at all times during the year. Flower availabilty, color selections, and prices fluctuate seasonally. We reserve the right to make minor substitutions while providing an arrangement including similar types of flowers, color selection, and style of design. If you wish to receive the exact order placed, please indicate NO SUBSTITUTIONS in the special instructions of the order form. We will then contact you upon any substitutions that may be necessary.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Due to the specifics of such orders, we do not accept international orders or out-of-state orders. No international credit cards are accepted for on-line purchases.
